Of the set of 3 templates currently available, the 'Tri Fold Brochure' template by John L seems to be the most complete, and the one from LayoutReady seems to be more of a demo than a template (it shows what you can accomplish with some effort, but folding it in three will fold across text, and it is generously pre-filled, so there is a bit of cleanup to do before inserting your own stuff). Depending on desired effect, Z-fold brochures may require some rearranging of the frames to get it right. The tri-fold templates in the templates repository (linked above) are for C-fold brochures, it seems.
